D3ASWomens TAKE/DEFENSE: I ship NewCentral and Analyst.
Defense: They belong together. It doesn’t matter that they’ve never met before. I don’t know either of them particularly well but I do know this: both of them are ridiculously smart. Analyst is quiet but when she speaks you better listen and she’s also a badass. NewCentral is hilarious but also can be thoughtful and serious if necessary. They wouldn’t necessarily agree on everything but they would agree on the important stuff like the West Coast being the best coast. They also both like D3 tennis enough to blog about it. They both still even play tennis occasionally. They’d also make gorgeous little mixed babies. I know my argument isn’t objectively strong here but this is one of those situations where if you don’t think too much and just go with your gut you’ll agree that I’m right. Thank you.

NE: Never have I been more excited about an All-Blog article than I am right now. Confession time, dear readers, I have heard this take before. In fact, for ASW, it’s not so much a take, but a way of life. Of course I love this take. If you don’t love this take, not only do you not have a heart, but you don’t have a brain. It just makes too much sense. This is everything we’ve been building towards since the Guru first took quill to parchment when he created the Blog many moons ago. In this case, as with pretty much everything else, I’m full onboard with ASW. I’m just a blogger, writing about two other bloggers, asking them to love each other.
RegNE/C: I had to look up what ship means in this context, but after decoding what ASW is saying, I’m obviously in full support. We’ve semi-joked about this for a while, but it really does feel like there should be a Blog relationship at some point, and I applaud ASW for taking the initiative here to make it happen. I can’t wait for the wedding!
AVZ: I also have never heard of “ship” being used in this way, but that’s fairly typical of these young millenials using words I don’t understand. NewCentral is the biggest offender of confusing me in the Blog chat. And the fact that D3ASW also is now doing this makes me think that maybe she is the one who belongs with him. But what does an old man like myself have to do to find a D3 tennis love story too?
NEWomens: I am here for a Blog couple, and though I don’t know NewCentral, anyone who dates Analyst is damn lucky. As long as I get to be a bridesmaid, I’m in. Shoutout to ASW for being the official blogger dating / set-up guru.
