Something said in the blog chat got me fired up again after a long and grueling summer. I won’t say what it is, but I realized that it is that time again to blog. While the years go on, I slowly find myself trying to find the motivation to pick up my lazy hands and actually put pixels to the laptop screen. It’s quite easy to fire me up when you know how to do it, it just hadn’t happened yet until Monday, 9/23. Yes, I realize that there have been some ITAs played (shout-out to Emory) and the Women’s team is doing it’s damn thing on the other side. We’ve had a few kickoff articles go out already and I plan on using this motivation to write another article tomorrow. However, before we move on to the 2019-2020 season and really get started, I must close out the 2018-2019 season. And with that, I bring you the end of season awards from last season. Enjoy them as you may. You may toss these in the trash because WHO CARES ABOUT LAST YEAR. For the seniors mentioned in this article, you can say “what a way to go out.” And for everyone in the middle, just do you.

ALSO – I will be writing a season kickoff article for the overall Men’s side that should be out sometime tomorrow. It will be a doozy. It will be fun. It will be me. So, as we wave a quick goodbye to last year, we await a new year of DIII Tennis to come. For the first time in 2019/20, ASouth, OUT.
