Women’s Senior Series: Seniors of the NESCAC, NEWMAC, and Liberty League

The other writers are hard at work bringing you conference tournament previews – click to check out our previews of NESCACs and Liberty League conference tournaments! I, on the other hand, have not been hard at work blogging. If you aren’t following my every move on twitter (@d3asouthwomens), I watched all of Game of Thrones this week from the first episode to the most current, which comes out to ~70 hours of TV. In 5 days. You do the math because my brain can’t after that much TV. I mostly did it so I could understand all the dang references my fellow bloggers keep making, though honestly it was more fun not understanding them and butchering them the way I butcher cool kid slang. Now that I’m all caught up, my last few remaining brain cells are bringing you some more senior profiles! I was considering making this a surprise article about how Game of Thrones is better than Yu-gi-oh but only just barely, with a large part of my argument hinging on the fact that there simply isn’t enough dire wolf in GoT, but I decided that the world is not ready for that essay. Instead I went with senior profiles from Blog favorite conferences NESCAC, Liberty League, and NEWMAC! Check them out below —

There you have it. We’ll definitely have to stay in touch with Leah, mostly because of potential Hamilton tickets in 50 years but also because she’ll continue to make waves in the tennis community. We have a very exciting weekend of tennis ahead of us with all the conference tournaments going on, and good luck to these amazing women in the remainders of their tennis careers. There are still a few responses trickling in, so if you know any seniors who haven’t taken our Senior Survey yet, have them fill it out here – https://forms.gle/AkMpAjHS8GCAmefC7. Keep an eye on the Blog for the best D3 coverage – we have our next installment of the competitiveness series coming at you this weekend. And of course, keep voting for our D3 Dogs because they are the real heart and soul of D3 tennis. My pick Moon might have lost but after seeing Stuart Litl’ in that Williams team picture I think I’m getting won over.
