Doubles Semifinals Set, Starting at 5

Brown/Lim (Hopkins) vs. #4 Rivers/La Cava (Whitman)

I haven’t heard about the scores of the Hopkins/Whitewater match, but I heard these two got through. The semifinals start in two hours. Whitman Coach Northam will have live tweets going. Rivers and La Cava won their match against Emory 1 and 1, which is quite impressive to say the least. I haven’t really heard of a more comprehensive beating of an Emory team in quite some time, so suffice it to say these two are playing well. Brown and Lim are still a bit of an unknown for me, but since they won their regional, beat Amherst, and now toppled the (albeit overrated) #1 seeds, this should be quite a semifinal. No prediction, just thought everyone would want to know it’s happening now.

maybe if we bug him enough, he’ll tweet the other doubles match too

#3 Wood/Dorn (CMS) vs. #2 Micheli/Meyer (Williams)

Again, I have no idea about the scores, but I heard that this happened. CMS apparently destroyed Kenyon, and I’m not really sure what happened with the Williams match. Meyer has won this doubles tournament before; I guess we’ll see if he can do it again. No prediction, if anyone is watching, please comment in on scores here.
