Chris Weichert (P-P) and Patrick Lipscomb (Redlands)
Lipscomb is still undefeated at #1 singles for the Bulldogs. Last week, he picked up huge victories over Northeast POW Andrew Guzick, #10-ranked Max Frey, Mary Washington’s Sam Wichlin, and Swarthmore #1 Zak Kelm. Though he and partner Mark Bloom fell twice in doubles, they still picked up nice victories over Swarthmore’s and Mary Washington’s #1 doubles teams.
Weichert had a phenomenal week for Pomona-Pitzer, despite his team suffering a couple tough losses to Cal Lu and Trinity (TX). He and partner Connor Sutton went 4-1 in doubles with victories over Cal Lu, Occidental, Trinity, and Swarthmore. He also went 5-0 at #2 singles last week, contributing to notable team wins over Mary Washington and Swarthmore.
