There were several worthy performances from West region players this week, as will be recognized in the honorable mention category, but Koenig’s play was superlative. He went 4-0 in the Slug’s two victories over Kenyon and Wash U, and picked up a singles win against Emory. After a tough start to his season, it looks like he’s back in form as one of the best #2 singles players in the country.
Erich Koenig is the consensus West region player of the week
